Summer Education Staff Pass 2023 $275 • 50 visits • Pass includes unlimited access to ALL our classes and programs that allow drop ins. Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Body Ignite (virtual), Body Boost, Pilates (virtual), Yoga (virtual), and S360 Speed & Agility Training. Pass is valid from 06/01/2023 - 08/31/2023. Faculty ID required to verify eligibility. Can't wait to see you maximize your summer with some self-care!

Stroller classes are mommy and me, all kids under 6 must be in stroller. Children over 6 may join, but may not workout in group. They must remain in arms length of mama. Safety first!

Your Gold Limited membership gives you access to 1 class per week (max 5 per month) to any of our in-person & live virtual FIT4MOM SouthWest NoVa classes. You are also eligible to participate in all of our weekly playgroups, and Our Village events like Mom's Night Out, Fieldtrips, and impromptu gatherings. PLUS, you'll have immediate access to our on-demand recording library with more than 100 workouts across all of our formats - because we know time is of the essence!

Grab your band, Mat/towel for four moves, and some water to remain hydrated.


If you have little ones that need to be entertained during that time, there is a drop in music class at Potomac Music across the parking lot. They set up those class is just for us!
